How long a movie could Titanic have been for you to still want to see it?
|
2 hours, it was too long as it is! | 9 | 3% |
3 hours was enough. | 23 | 9% |
4 hours would be fine. | 19 | 8% |
5 hours, but only if there was an intermission. | 18 | 7% |
6+ hours, I want to see every detail and I don't care how long I have to sit there! | 168 | 70% |
| Total: | 237 |
Some comments:
- James Cameron should have had an uncut version. Some of the scenes he left out would have given the veiwers an even better idea of what was happening.
- How sad are you if you want to sit there for 6 hours watching Titanic?
- It depends on what scenes would be in it... more sinking scenes (please no more!) or more "jack and rose" scenes (shooting star scene!!)
- Titanic is so beautiful, I could see it forever!!!
- I could watch "Titanic" almost all day.
- I have watched the movie 9 hours (3 times) on one day
- about 7 hours max would be about right
- Titanic was great, but it could have been longer. I wish it was.
- I could watch the movie if it went on till eternity! Titanic IS supposed to "go on", after all.

- "I saw that in a nickelodeon once and I always wanted to do it."
- "The 700 in the boats had nothing to do but wait. Wait to die, wait to live. Wait for an absolution that would never come."
- "When the ship docks I'm getting off with you..."
- "So you think your big tough men? Let's see you do this!"
- "You will die an old lady, warm in her bed."
- "With all do respect miss, I'm not the one hanging off the back of the ship here!"
- "I'm sorry that I didn't build you a stronger ship, Young Rose."
- "A woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets."
- Jack says: "I can't. I am too involved now. You let go and I have to jump in there after you."

Do you believe that, deep down, Cal really loved Rose? | Yes he certainly did. | 93 | 26% |
No, he didn't know what love meant. | 190 | 54% |
Maybe | 58 | 16% |
Undecided | 5 | 1% |
| Total: | 346 |
Some comments:
- I voted for b because I truly think that if he loved Rose deep
inside he would've let her follow her heart to Jack.
- I believe that Cal THOUGHT he loved her, but was uncertain
of what love truly meant.
- Insufficient development of Cal's character to tell one way
or the other
- Hitting someone is not love nomatter which way you look at
it
- He didn't realize his true love for her, until he had really
lost her. (When the ship started to sink)
- Rose said it all when Jack was going to sketch her picture
that "she didn't want to look like a Porcelin Doll" she knew she was only
used as a trophy
- He really did love her. He just couldn't show it because who
he was. You can even see it in his eyes when he tries to look for her on
the Carpathia.
- I dont think he loves her. Jack really loves Rose, he saved her
live. I think Cal hated her at last, because he tried to shoot her!
