1872 - 2nd class passenger Mr René Pernot was born.

1928 - 2nd class survivor Mrs Esther Ada Hart died at the age of 65.

1879 - 3rd class passenger Miss Mary Mangan was born to John Mangan and Bridget Bourke in Carrowkehine, County Mayo, Ireland.

1860 - Butcher and survivor Mr Christopher Mills was born in Longton, Staffordshire, England, UK.

1996 - The cast for James Cameron's movie "Titanic" rehearsed in Los Angeles, California, USA.

10:16:04 - Our Image Gallery now includes illustrations of Costumes worn in the movie. Some are rare and have not been widely seen before. Find them under "Misc movie."

09:02:04 - The Movie Clips section is functional once more and there are 6 new clips! Under AVI there is a clip of the love scene in the Renault ("In the Car"). Mpeg format has a second version of the end sequence ("Ending scene II"), a parody from Saturday Night Live ("Saturday Night Live Parody: Walt Disney's 'Titey'"), and the full-length music video has returned. The Mov format now includes Old Rose looking at her broken mirror and butterfly ("Old Rose and artifacts"), a trailer with reviews from critics ("Trailer with Reviews"), and time lapse photography of the construction of the Southampton set ("Time Lapse of Set Construction").

08:13:04 - New DVD captures, VHS captures, and scans were added under the scenes "Women and Children First" (Act III) and "A Promise Kept" (Act III) in the Image Gallery.
